Їрмо́съ: Въ пе́щь ѻ҆́гненнꙋю ко ѻ҆трокѡ́мъ є҆врє́йскимъ снизше́дшаго, и҆ пла́мень въ ро́сꙋ прело́жшаго бг҃а, по́йте дѣла̀ ꙗ҆́кѡ гдⷭ҇а, и҆ превозноси́те во всѧ̑ вѣ́ки.
Irmos: Into the fiery furnace with the three Hebrew youths who descended, and the flame upon the roses kindled of God, sing ye works of the Lord, and exalt them for ever.
Припѣ́въ: Се́рдце чи́сто сози́жди во мнѣ̀ бж҃е, и҆ дꙋ́хъ пра́въ ѡ҆бновѝ во ѹ҆тро́бѣ мое́й. Нбⷭ҇ныхъ и҆ стра́шныхъ и҆ ст҃ы́хъ твои́хъ, хрⷭ҇тѐ, ны́нѣ та̑инъ, и҆ бжⷭ҇твенныѧ твоеѧ̀ и҆ та́йныѧ ве́чери, ѻ҆́бщника бы́ти и҆ менѐ сподо́би ѿча́ѧннаго, бж҃е сп҃се мо́й. Припѣ́въ: Не ѿве́ржи менє̀ ѿ лица̀ твоегѡ̀, и҆ д¦а твоегѡ̀ ст҃а́гѡ не ѿимѝ ѿ менє̀. Под̾ твоѐ прибѣ́гъ бл҃гоꙋтро́бїе бл҃же, со стра́хомъ зовꙋ́ ти: во мнѣ̀ пребꙋ́ди сп҃се, и҆ а҆́зъ, ꙗ҆́коже ре́клъ є҆сѝ, въ тебѣ̀: се́ бо дерза́ѧ на млⷭ҇ть твою̀, ꙗ҆́мъ тѣ́ло твоѐ, и҆ пїю̀ кро́вь твою̀. Припѣ́въ: Прест҃а́ѧ трⷪ҇це бж҃е на́шъ, сла́ва тебѣ̀. Трепе́щꙋ прїе́млѧ ѻ҆́гнь, да не ѡ҆палю́сѧ ꙗ҆́кѡ во́скъ и҆ ꙗ҆́кѡ трава̀. ѽле стра́шнагѡ та́инства! ѽле бл҃гоꙋтро́бїѧ бж҃їѧ! ка́кѡ бжⷭ҇твеннагѡ тѣ́ла и҆ кро́ве бре́нїе причаща́юсѧ, и҆ нетлѣ́ненъ сотворѧ́юсѧ.
**Choir Response:** A pure heart fashion thee in me, O Lord, and a right spirit renew in my womb. Thy holy, fearful, and awe-inspiring mysteries, O Mystery, thou keepest now, and thy mercies and secrets of evening, to be partaken together with me, make me worthy of thine inheritance, O Saviour.
**Choir Response:** Do not forsake me from thy face, O Lord, and give me thy strength that it not depart from me. To thy breast, my good hope, I flee more closely; in fear I call to thee: In me abide, O Saviour, and as I cried out, so also in thee: For I boldly dare on thy mercy, for thy body and blood.
**Choir Response:** Cease, O our Intercessor, glory be to thee. Trembling we receive the flame, that it not fall like wax or grass. How fearful is this mystery! How good hope of the heart! As partakers of the body and blood, we become incorruptible.
