Master, Lord our God, look mercifully from the height of Your holy glory at the prayer of us, Your sinful and unworthy servants, through Your countless sins and iniquities goodness to those who angered, and Your mercy to those who removed.
Do not enter into judgment with Your servants, but turn away Your terrible anger, which righteously moves against us, tame the destructive punishment, remove Your terrible sword, which invisibly strikes us. Have mercy on us, Your sinful and unworthy servants, and do not condemn our souls to death, for we know our sins with a contrite heart and with tears to You, the Merciful God. We fall down in repentance and ask for forgiveness for our sins.
Master, Almighty, Physician of our souls and bodies, humble and exalt, punish and heal, extend Your muscle to be filled with mercy and mercy, and heal the sick, rebuke the spirit of infirmity, drive away every disease that moves us, forgive us every sin, voluntary and involuntary, and save our souls, for you are Good and Lover of Mankind. Amen.
