There is a monastic tradition of dividing the evening rule into 2 parts. The first takes place after the meal. The remaining prayers (located after dismissal) are performed immediately before going to bed.
If bedtime begins after the evening prayers, then the prayers from “It is worthy to eat...” up to and including dismissal should be moved to the end.
It is worthy to eat as you truly bless Theotokos, Ever-Blessed and Most Immaculate and Mother of our God. We magnify Thee, the most honorable Cherub and the most glorious without comparison, the Seraphim, who gave birth to God the Word without corruption. (4)
