(January 2)
Zealous intercessor, Mother of the Lord Most High! You are the help and intercession of all Christians, especially in times of need. Look now from Thy holy height and upon us, who with faith worship Thy most pure image, and show, we pray to Thee, Thy speedy help to those floating on the sea and from the winds stormy and grievous tribulations for those who endure. Move all Orthodox Christians to salvation in the drowning waters, and reward those who strive for this with Your rich mercy and bounty. Behold, looking at Your image, You, who are mercifully present with us, offer our humble prayer. The imams have no other help, no other intercession, no consolation, except for You, O Mother of all who mourn and suffer. According to God, you are our Hope and Intercessor, and we trust in Typia, in ourselves, and in each other, and we commit our entire life to You forever and ever. Amen.
