Suppose that someone insulted you with something, big or small, and you began to feel movements of displeasure and irritation with the suggestion to retaliate.

God, come to my help; Lord, seek my help (Ps. 69:2).

And do not stop crying until there is no trace of enemy movements left, and peace is established in the soul
