Lord our God, Great in counsel and wondrous in deeds! You are the God who sanctified the streams of the Jordan through the influx of Your Most Holy Spirit. Therefore, at this hour, we humbly pray to You, Your unworthy servants: come, Master, and sanctify this water with Your Holy Spirit, and manifest by Your power from above to be Your servant who drinks from it, who is anointed and sprinkled with it, for the change of passions, for the remission of sins, for the healing of diseases and for the repelling of all evil, for the sanctification and blessing of houses and the cleansing of every place from all filth. For Thou art the One who blesses and sanctifies all things, O Christ our God, and to Thee we send up glory, with Thy Beginning Father, and with Thy Most Holy and Good and Life-giving Spirit, now and ever and unto ages of ages.
