O Most Holy Lady Theotokos! Look with mercy at the prayers of us sinners and Your humble servants, and pray to God Your Son, may He grant us and all those who flow to You mental and physical health and everything necessary for eternal and temporal life, may He forgive us every sin, voluntary and involuntary, may He deliver us from all sorrows and illnesses, and misfortunes, and every evil situation. To her, our Blessing Queen, our indestructible Hope and invincible Intercessor! Do not turn Your face away from us for the multitude of our sins: but stretch out to us the hand of Your motherly mercy and work with us a sign for good. Show us Thy rich help and success in every endeavor: turn us away from every sinful undertaking and evil thought, so that we may always glorify Thy most honorable name, and being grateful to Thy honest [or miraculous] image of worshiping, we magnify God the Father, and His Only Begotten Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit, with all saints forever and ever.
