O Most Holy Virgin, Mother of the Lord Most High, all-merciful Intercessor and Patroness of all who come running to You with faith!
Look down from the height of Your heavenly glory upon the flesh that falls at Your foot, hear the humble prayer of me, Your sinful and unworthy servant, and offer it before His beloved Son.
O Most Blessed Mother of God! You, who are called quick to listen to all and joy to those who mourn, hear even those who are less sorrowful;
You are the quenching of sadness, quenching my mental illnesses and sorrows;
You are the burning bush, save the world and all of us from the harmful fiery arrows of the enemy;
You are the seeker of the lost, do not let me perish in the abyss of my sins;
You are the healer of the afflicted, heal me too, wounded from mental and physical infirmities;
You are unexpected joy, with the joy of Your salvation you have taken away from me the fear of future torment;
You are the helper of sinners, be me, a sinner, a compassionate helper of repentance and my salvation.
In You, according to God, I place all my hope, may I be a tireless intercessor and all-powerful representative before Your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, strengthen my faith in Him, confirm Him in His love, teach me to love and glorify You, the Most Holy Mother of God, the Blessed Mary: to Your almighty protection, Mother of God, I entrust to myself forever.
