O All-Merciful Lady, Queen Theotokos, Chosen from all generations and Blessed by all generations, heavenly and earthly! Look mercifully at these people standing before Thy holy icon, earnestly praying to You, and act by Thy intercession and intercession with Thy Son and our God, so that no one may come from here with the loss of his hope and be put to shame in his hope, but may each one receive from You everything according to the good will of his heart and according to his need and desire, for the salvation of the soul and the health of the body.
Most of all, protect the autumn and protect with Your protection, merciful Mother, our most pious sovereign, Emperor Nikolai Alexandrovich, and his entire reigning house: drive away from him with Your prayers every enemy and adversary, establish his life in peace and silence, so that we may all live a quiet and silent life in all glory and purity: keep his kingdom so that the Kingdom of Christ may be in it: direct his paths and counsels, so that in his days righteousness and abundance of peace may shine, and may his heart rejoice over those who are in his dominion, just as the heart of a father rejoices over his children: against those who are resistant and wicked in their hearts, there will be horror and trembling before his face, so that fear will come to their senses and they will cease from their wickedness. Pray, Merciful Lady, to the Most Heavenly God, that He may always preserve His holy Church in Orthodoxy and the firm faith until the end of centuries.
Look with mercy, O All-Sung, and with the charity of Your merciful intercession on the entire All-Russian kingdom, our reigning cities and this city and this holy church, and pour out Your mercy unsparingly on this rich one, for You are the All-powerful Helper and Intercessor of us all. Bow down to the prayers of Thy servants and by their petition, hear the sighs and prayers in which Thy servants pray in this holy place. If a non-believer, or a foreigner, passes here, prays, hear and mercifully do what will help him and lead to salvation. O All-Singing Mother, Our Blessing Hope! Gather together those who are scattered, infidels and those of other faiths in our countries, teach the true path, those who have fallen away from the pious faith, return them to the Holy Orthodox Catholic Churches and make them numbered: establish peace in our homes, support old age, guide the young, raise infants, intercede for the orphans and widows, the captives set free, heal the sick, remember those who are in court and in imprisonment and in bitter labor, protecting us ever from all evil with Your goodness, and comfort us with Your merciful visit and all the good things done to us.
Grant, O good one, the fruitfulness of the earth, the goodness of the air, and all that is for our benefit, gifts in good time and useful through the prayers of the chosen saints, Saints Cyril and Methodius, in whose church we all stand. May our fathers and mothers, our brothers and sisters, who have departed before, rest in the villages of the saints, in a green place, in a place of peace, where there is no sorrow and sighing. When our departure from this life and resettlement to eternal life is ripe, appear to us, O Most Blessed Virgin, and grant the Christian end of our life painless, without shame and participation in the Holy Mysteries, so that in the future we will all be honored, together with all the saints, with endless life in the Kingdom of Your beloved Son, Lord and Our Savior Jesus Christ, to Him belongs all glory, honor and worship, with the Originless Father and the Holy Spirit, forever and ever.
