O blessed and great servant of Christ, holy and righteous Isidore!

Praising your life as an angel and glorifying miracles flowing from your honorable relics, I humbly fall at your holy tomb and call with tenderness: Rejoice, most bright star, flowing from the west and shining in the east: Rejoice, you who rejected orthodoxy, observing the statutes of Orthodoxy to the end: Rejoice, you who were like a riot before the eyes of the sinful world, and have acquired the inestimable treasure of God's wisdom: Rejoice, you who have trampled upon the vain and corruptible, so that you may receive the crown of incorruption: Rejoice, with patience resembling the ancient Job: Rejoice, invincible warrior of Christ, valiantly defeating the devil and quenching all the arrows of the evil one: Rejoice, many and wondrous blessings flowed from your holy tomb: Rejoice, rich in humility and a vessel of purity has been chosen to appear: Rejoice, thou who with faith call thee a speedy helper and intercessor: Rejoice, for thou hast ended the course of goodness, and has kept the immaculate faith, and hast trampled down the fleshless enemies with thy patience, and the worldly vanity You have won.

For this reason, your holy, pure soul ascended to heaven rejoicing, the righteous faces met you rejoicing, and the heavenly village received lightly: your blessed and honest body remains incorruptible on earth, giving healing to the faithful. We also pray to you, God-wise Isidora, that you intercede for us with Christ God, so that this city may remain unshakable and serene, and grant our faithful emperor Nikolai Alexandrovich victory and victory for his adversaries, and grant health and prosperity to all Orthodox Christians, so that we may be worthy of all mercy and to the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, to Him belongs glory and power, together with the Originless Father and His Most Holy and Good and Life-Giving Spirit, now and ever and unto ages of ages.
