Тѣ́ло твоѐ ст҃о́е, гдⷭ҇и і҆и҃се хрⷭ҇тѐ бж҃е на́шъ, да бꙋ́детъ мѝ въ живо́тъ вѣ́чный, и҆ кро́вь твоѧ̀ чⷭ҇тна́ѧ во ѡ҆ставле́нїе грѣхѡ́въ: бꙋ́ди же мѝ бл҃годаре́нїе сїѐ въ ра́дость, здра́вїе и҆ весе́лїе: въ стра́шное же и҆ второ́е прише́ствїе твоѐ сподо́би мѧ̀ грѣ́шнаго ста́ти ѡ҆деснꙋ́ю сла́вы твоеѧ̀, мл҃твами пречⷭ҇тыѧ твоеѧ̀ мт҃ре, и҆ всѣ́хъ ст҃ы́хъ.
Thy holy Body, O Lord, Jesus Christ, Theotokos, hath taken of us, that I may be in life eternal, and Thy precious Blood for the remission of sins: Be Thou my thankful offering in joy, health, and gladness: And at Thy dread and second coming, O Lord, grant me to stand on Thy right hand, through the prayers of Thy holy ones, and all Thy saints.
