Hearken to Thy Lady, O Master, with Thy holy and almighty prayers, having joined me to the humility and repentance of Thy servant, O my soul, forgetting, senselessness, slothfulness, and all filthiness, vain thoughts, from the repentance of my heart, and from the darkness of my soul. And quench the flame of my passions, for I am poor and have repented: and deliver me from many and fierce memories, and from plots, and from all heard deeds. For Thou art blessed by all generations, and Thy name is praised gloriously for ages of ages. Amen.
