On the Sabbath evening, at the Little Evening, to the Lord I cried out, stichera are sung.

By Thy holy Spirit, O Saviour, death's dominion is broken, and the devil's delusion is abolished: yet the human race, saved by faith, ever brings Thee a hymn.

Thou hast enlightened all creation by Thy Resurrection, O Lord; and again the paradise hath been restored. All thy creatures praising thee, make their song always to the Lord.

Glory be to Thee, O Lord, and to Thy Christ, and to the Holy Spirit, the uncreated Power, the indivisible Essence, the One Willing, reigning for ever and ever.

Glory, and honour, now, O Theotokos, Dogmatik. Voice:

Blestest thou, O pure Virgin Maiden, daughter of earthly Adam, and exalted by the high Lady of heaven: pray for us, that our souls may be saved.

O Venerable Ship That the Wise Prophet Readeth, Bearing Tables Written by God, Our Lawgiver and Creator: To Him we pray that our souls may be saved.

In the earth of Thy heaven, O Lord, where Thou didst show Thyself, and in the womb of Thy body didst Thou enter with the Word of God, taking flesh, invisible by nature: and Thou didst send down upon all the immortals unceasing dew.

With thy prayers we are strengthened, O Mother of God, and by these two from calamities and temptations of the storm we are preserved: for this cause we pray unceasingly that our souls may be delivered.

Glory, and honour, now to the Theotokos. Voice:

Rejoice, having been given life a second time by Thy womb, O wondrous creation of the second nature, wherein the Creator of Thy creature mingled, and raised us from hell and death, and gave unto us eternal life, to Thee we cry with ever-heavenly joy: Rejoice, having gathered within Thee the deep mercy. Rejoice, hope of all ends of the earth, and intercessor. Rejoice, where by Thy resurrection Thou hast enlightened all creation, and given great mercy to the world.
