On the Sabbath evening, at the Little Evening, to the Lord I cried out, stichera are sung.

By Thy holy Spirit, O Saviour, death's dominion is broken, and the devil's delusion is abolished: yet the human race, saved by faith, ever brings Thee a hymn.

Thou hast enlightened all creation by Thy Resurrection, O Lord; and again the paradise hath been restored: all thy creatures praising thee, make their song always to be with thee.

Glory be to Thee, O Lord, and to Thy Christ, and to the Holy Spirit, the Uncreated Power, the Undivided Godhead, the One Willing, reigning for ever and ever.

Glory, and now, O Theotokos, Dogmatik. Voice: g³:

Blestest thou, O pure Virgin, daughter of earthly Adam, and exalted by the high Master of God: pray for us, that our souls may be saved.

Covcheg tya umny chytata vemy, nosyashchi skrijali bogopisannye, namye zakonopolozhitel' i sozdatel': emuye moliisl'y spasystis'y dusham' nashym'.

In thy land, O Heaven, Thou didst show, wherein in the morning Thou didst enter into Thy belly the Word of God, taking flesh, by which the invisible nature: and Thou didst send down upon all the immortals unceasing dew.

With thy prayers we are strengthened, O Mother of God, and by these we are preserved from all perils and temptations of stormy trials: therefore, without ceasing, we beseech thee to intercede for us that our souls may be delivered.

Glory, and honour, to Thee, O Virgin Mother. Voice:

Rejoice, having been given life a second time by Thy womb, O Thou who hast conceived the divine nature of man, in Thy womb where the Creator of all things mingled and raised us from hell and death, giving unto us eternal life; therefore with unceasing mercy we cry to Thee: Rejoice, O Gatherer of the longed-for heavenly gift. Rejoice, O Hope of all ends of the earth, and Intercessor. Rejoice, where by Thy Resurrection Thou hast enlightened all creation, and hast given us great mercy.
