Many a word of counsel hast Thou spoken, O God, as fishes without voices make themselves seen for Thee: they wonder not to speak, since even though two Thou dwellest, Thou didst bring forth; and we, marvelling at the mysteries, verily cry:
Rejoice, O Temple of the Most Pure Lady:
Rejoice, O Work of God's thought, wherein He hideth His treasures.
Rejoice, ye foolish ones, who are wise in your own conceits:
Rejoice, ye subtle in speech and yet without speech, accusing:
Rejoice, for the Strivers after Venom have been recovered.
Rejoice, because the scribes have learned.
Rejoice, O weaving that rendeth asunder:
Rejoice, O nets of the fishers fulfilled.
Rejoice, drawn forth from the depths of hidden things:
Rejoice, many in wisdom enlightened.
Rejoice, O ship of those longing to be saved:
Rejoice, O Refuge of life's voyages.
Rejoice, thou that art not yet wedded.
