Возсїѧ̀ вселе́ннѣй просвѣще́нїе и҆́стины твоеѧ̀, и҆ ѿгна́сѧ ле́сть бѣсо́вскаѧ: јдѡли бо, сп҃се на́шъ, не терпѧ́ще твоеѧ̀ крѣ́пости, падо́ша. Мы́ же сп҃се́нїе полꙋчи́вше, вопїе́мъ тѝ:
Enlightened be all the world with the truth of Thy glory, and flee ye, O deceit of the demons: for they, not enduring the strength of our salvation, fell. We, however, having received salvation, cry to Thee:
І҆и҃се, и҆́стино, ле́сть ѿгонѧ́щаѧ:
O Lord, true and deceitful:
І҆и҃се, свёте превы́шшїй всёхъ свётлостей.
O Soul/Spirit, most exceeding of all lights.
І҆и҃се цр҃ю̀, премога́ѧй всѣ́хъ крѣ́пѡсти:
O Soul of Christ, subduing all strength:
І҆и҃се бж҃е, пребыва́ѧй въ млⷭ҇ти.
O Jesus Christ, abiding in mercy.
І҆и҃се, хлѣ́бе живо́тный, насы́ти мѧ̀ а҆́лчꙋщаго:
O Soul, be filled with the living Bread, Jesus Christ, that feedeth him that hungereth.
І҆и҃се, и҆сто́чниче ра́зꙋма, напо́й мѧ̀ жа́ждꙋщаго.
O Saviour, Fount of Understanding, quench my thirsty soul.
І҆и҃се, ѻ҆де́ждо весе́лїѧ, њдёй мѧ̀ тлённаго:
O Soul, rejoicing in gladness, today Thou hast become the prey:
І҆и҃се, покро́ве ра́дости, покры́й мѧ̀ недосто́йнаго.
O Saviour, Cloak of Joy, cover me, the unworthy.
І҆и҃се, пода́телю просѧ́щымъ, да́ждь мѝ пла́чь за грѣхѝ моѧ̑:
O Saviour, Giver of good things to suppliants, grant me tears for my sins.
І҆и҃се, ѡ҆брѣ́тенїе и҆́щꙋщихъ, ѡ҆брѧ́щи дꙋ́шꙋ мою̀.
O Saviour, Finder of those who seek, find my soul.
І҆и҃се, ѿве́рзителю толкꙋ́щымъ, ѿве́рзи се́рдце моѐ ѻ҆каѧ́нное:
O Saviour, Overthrower of the oppressor, overthrow my stricken heart:
І҆и҃се, и҆скꙋпи́телю грѣ́шныхъ, ѡ҆чи́сти беззакѡ́нїѧ моѧ̑.
O Saviour, Comforter of sinners, cleanse my lawless deeds.
І҆и҃се сн҃е бж҃їй, поми́лꙋй мѧ̀.
Jesus Christ, have mercy upon me.
