Со ст҃ы́ми ѹ҆поко́й хрⷭ҇тѐ дꙋ́шꙋ раба̀ твоегѡ̀ [и҆лѝ: рабы̀ твоеѧ̀], и҆дѣ́же нѣ́сть болѣ́знь, ни печа́ль, ни воздыха́нїе, но жи́знь безконе́чнаѧ.
With the holy Comforter comfort the soul of thy [or thy wife's] servant, and until there is no sickness, no sorrow, nor sighing, but life without end.
