With the holy rest, O Lord, may the soul of Thy servant [and: servant] find peace where there is no sickness, nor sorrow, nor sighing, but an endless life. The Psalmist saith: Thou art alone, O Immortal, having created and formed man; from dust didst thou create us, and into dust we shall return, as thou didst command when thou spakest to me: As earth thou art, and into earth shalt thou go, and we, all men, make a lamentation of mourning. Alleluia, alleluia, alleluia.

Most glorious among the Cherubim, and more honorable than the Seraphim, born from the unflappable Word of God, O Theotokos, we magnify thee. Therefore: Glory, now and ever; Lord, have mercy. Blessed be thou. Pray for us with thy holy fathers, O Theotokos, who rest in thee, our Lady, have mercy on us, Amen. Your eternal memory, O most worthy fathers and brothers, is ever before us. Three times.

O Soul [and Life], in the depths Thou hast dwelt, and memory of Thee is in the blood and flesh. Holy God, holy Light, holy Immortal, have mercy on us. [Three times.]

Chin' litii i oblisoaposikh, aste něst sesshegni e ode novyanye do fdatanija prazdnika paschy.

Lord Jesus Christ, our God, for Thy precious and holy name's sake, and for the names of all Thy saints, have mercy upon us. Amen.

Christ hath risen from the dead, trampling down death by death, and on those in the tombs bestowing life. [Three times.]

O troparion, tone 1, glas 3:

Grant, O Lord, to Thy servant the gift of fearlessness,
That I may serve Thee without fear and with boldness.
For Thou art my God, and I am but a stranger in this world;
Thou art my King, and I am but a creature in Thy dominion.

O Lord, save me from spiritual delusion and deceit,
And grant me compunction of heart and tenderness towards Thee.
Let not the spectacle of this fleeting world deceive me,
But show me the way to Thy eternal life.

For Thou art my God, and I am but a stranger in this world;
Thou art my King, and I am but a creature in Thy dominion.

With the spirits of the prophets who have fallen asleep, preserve the soul of Thy servant [and: servant of Thine], granting it rest in blessed life, where Thou art a lover of mankind. In Thy repose, O God, where all Thy saints are laid to rest, grant also the soul of Thy servant [and: servant of Thine] rest, for Thou alone art a lover of mankind. Glory: Thou didst descend into hell, and loosed the bonds of the captives, and Thou didst grant rest also to the soul of Thy servant [and: servant of Thine], for Thou alone art a lover of mankind. And now: The one undefiled chamber, born without seed of God, pray that our souls may be saved.
