With the holy rest, O Lord, may the soul of Thy servant [and: servant of Thine], where there is no sickness, nor sorrow, nor sighing, but life eternal, have peace. The Psalmist saith: Thou art alone, O Immortal, having created and formed man; from dust didst thou create us, and into dust we shall go, as thou didst command when thou spakest to me: As earth thou art, and into earth shalt thou go, yet may all men say the lamentation of the grave: Alleluia, alleluia, alleluia. More glorious than cherubim, more radiant than seraphim, born from the unflappable Word of God, we magnify Thee, O Theotokos. Therefore: Glory, and now: Lord, have mercy thrice. Blessed be Thou. Through the prayers of our fathers, O Lord, mayest Thou rest, O Theotokos; pray for us, our Lady. Amen. Your eternal memory, worthy fathers and brothers, ever in remembrance. Three times.

O Soul/Spirit, in the depths Thou hast been established, and the memory of Thee in generation and generation. Holy God, holy Strength, holy Immortal, have mercy on us. [Three times.]

Chin' litii i oblisoaposopшихъ, ašhe něstě sšeénika ō neděli novyâ i do oddani prazdnika paschy.

Lord Jesus Christ, our God, for Thy precious death's sake and the prayers of Thine holy servants, have mercy on us. Amen.

Christ is risen from the dead, trampling down death by death, and upon those in the tombs bestowing life. [Three times.]

And now, O my Soul, a troparion, tone 1:

Grant, O Lord, that we may dwell in Thy tabernacle,
That we may behold the glory of Thy power,
That we may partake of the immortality which Thou hast prepared for them who love Thee.

For Thou art good, and lovest man;
Thou dost crown with Thy blessings those who fear Thee.
Blessed is the man who hath known Thy power,
Who walketh in the light of Thy countenance.

Grant this, O Lord, to us also, for Thy Name's sake. Amen.

With the spirits of the prophets who have fallen asleep, and the souls of Thy servants [or: Thy servant], grant repose, preserving them in blessed life, where Thou lovest mankind. In Thy repose, O holy one, where all Thy saints repose, grant repose also to the soul of Thy servant [or: Thy servant], for Thou alone lovest mankind. Glory: Thou hast gone down into hell, and hast set free the bound, even as Thou didst grant rest to the soul of Thy servant [or: Thy servant]. And now: One only seed-bed and undefiled womb, bearing fruit without seed from God, pray that the souls of Thine may be saved.
