Strangely and gloriously, you walked silently across the sea, O Reverend Gabriel, and you brought the icon of the Divine Goalkeeper Athos for blessing and sanctification; To you, God-bearer John Kukuzel, the Most Holy Theotokos Herself appeared and from the hands of Her Most Pure Ones wonderfully bestowed a gold platter, and you sang songs of praise to Her incessantly. Marveling at the many miracles of God, we cry out to God: Alleluia.
