Взбра́нной воево́дѣ побѣди́тєльнаѧ, ꙗ҆́кѡ и҆зба́вльшесѧ ѿ ѕлы́хъ, бл҃года́рствєннаѧ восписꙋ́емъ тѝ рабѝ твоѝ, бцⷣе: но ꙗ҆́кѡ и҆мꙋ́щаѧ держа́вꙋ непобѣди́мꙋю, ѿ всѧ́кихъ на́съ бѣ́дъ свободѝ, да зове́мъ тѝ:
Chosen warrior, conqueror of the foe, because thou hast delivered us from hearing, we give thee thanks, Theotokos: but since thou dost hold an invincible power, deliver all of us from every calamity, and we cry to thee:
