Irmos: As thou journeyedst on foot through the wilderness, O Jesus Christ, / upon thy bare feet in the depths, / when thou didst drive Pharaoh who was drowned, / taking up to thee the victorious song, and crying out.
Vespers: Glory to Thee, O Lord, for Thy resurrection glorified Thee.
Stretched forth Thy hand upon the Cross,
O Sweet Comforter, Thou didst fulfill Thy holy will, O Jesus Christ, all-holy.
Therefore, with a victorious hymn, all sing to Thee.
Vespers: Glory to Thee, O Lord, for Thy resurrection glorified Thee.
Through fear of Thee, O Virgin Maiden, death hath been commanded to approach the threshold of life; thereby doth it give us an endless life and resurrection.
Pripev: Presvytori Theotokos, spaseniya nas.
O Theotokos: Having received Thy co-operator in Thine own Person, as Thou didst will, / from Thy seedless womb, more than a virgin Thou wast made to conceive, / and by Thy handiwork Thou didst truly appear, Lady.
