Yirmós: As Thou wentest forth in the wilderness by Thy feet,
through the void of the earth,
Thou didst drive Pharaoh,
seeing him overwhelmed by the flood,
and tookst up the victorious song, crying out to God.

Response: Have mercy on me, O Lord, have mercy on me.

Now I, the sinful and burdened, have approached Thee, O Master and God: I dare not lift up mine eyes to heaven, but pray, saying: Give me, O Lord, compunction of heart, that I may weep for my bitter deeds.

Response: Have mercy on me, O Lord, have mercy on me.

Alas for me, sinful! More than all men I am reproached: there is no repentance in me: give me, O Lord, tears that I may weep over my deeds bitter.

Response: Have mercy on me, O Lord, have mercy on me.

Wretched madness of man, in slothful times thou art perishing: think upon thy life, and turn unto the Lord God, and weep for thy deeds bitter.

Response: The Theotokos, save us.

Mtachi bogu pravoslitaia, vozzri na mja grěšnago, i o sěti диаволi izbavi mja, i na put pokayanija nastavi mja, da plachusja dela moih gorka.

And there is a canon to the throne of the Theotokos, composed by a monk. Tone I.

Pripev: Preshta Theotokos, spasynas.

By many temptations we are surrounded; to Thee, I flee for righteous deliverance: from bitter and fierce trials, save me.

Response: The Theotokos, save us.

By the sufferings of Thy passion, Thou constrainest me to fulfill my soul: O Virgin Maiden, by silence and by the voice of God Thine, all-spotless.

Response: The Theotokos, save us.

Spása rozhshhuju teya i bogá, molyu dvo, izbavitísja mi lyútikh: k teby bo nyně pribegayu, pristiráju i dušu i pomyslénije.

Response: The Theotokos, save us.

Unsick in body and soul, by thy visitation and understanding granted to thee by God, alone hast thou found mercy, O righteous mother.

And I, an angel guardian, voice and glory.

Vespers to Jesus: O Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on me.

Let us sing a hymn and praise thee, O Spas, that thy servant may be deemed worthy to stand before the无形之手,得以赞颂你,我的仆人得蒙准许,站在那无形之天使、引导者和看护者之前。

Vespers: Holy Angel, my Guardian, pray for me to God.

Thou alone in unreason and idleness now lie I, my Guide and Guardian, do not forsake me perishing.

Glory to Thee, and to Thy Son, and to Thy Holy Spirit.

By Thine holy prayer, direct me, O Lord, to fulfill Thy commandments, that I may receive forgiveness of sins from God, and instruct me not to hear evil tidings, but to hate them, beseeching Thee.

And now and for evermore. Amen.

Pray ye, O Virgins, for me, Thy servant, unto the Beneficent, with my Guardian Angel, and guide me to fulfill the commandments of Thy Son, and Creator.
