Yirmós: As Thou didst journey on foot through the wilderness, / upon the depths with Thy feet, / Thou didst drive Pharaoh, / seeing him overwhelmed by the flood, / and didst seize the victorious song for God, crying out.

Response: Милосердию̀, Господи, милосердию̀.
Ны́нѣ пристꙋпи́хъ а҆́зъ грѣ́шный и҆ ѡ҆бремене́нный къ тебѣ̀ влⷣцѣ и҆ бг҃ꙋ моемꙋ̀: не смѣ́ю же взира́ти на нб҃о, то́кмѡ молю́сѧ, глаго́лѧ: да́ждь мѝ гдⷭ҇и ѹ҆́мъ, да пла́чꙋсѧ дѣ́лъ мои́хъ го́рькѡ.
Now I, the sinful and burdened, have approached Thee, O Master and God: I dare not lift up mine eyes to heaven, but pray, saying: Lord Jesus Christ, receive my soul in compunction of heart, that I may weep for my deeds bitter.
Припѣ́въ: Поми́лꙋй мѧ̀, бж҃е, поми́лꙋй мѧ̀.
Response: Милосердию̀, Господи, милосердию̀.
Ѽ го́ре мнѣ̀ грѣ́шномꙋ! па́че всѣ́хъ человѣ̑къ ѻ҆каѧ́ненъ є҆́смь: покаѧ́нїѧ нѣ́сть во мнѣ̀: да́ждь мѝ гдⷭ҇и сле́зы, да пла́чꙋсѧ дѣ́лъ мои́хъ го́рькѡ.
Alas for me, sinful! More than all men I am condemned: there is no repentance in me: give me, O Lord, tears that I may weep for my deeds bitter.

Response: Милосердию̀, Господи, милосердию̀.
Безꙋ́мне ѻ҆каѧ́нне человѣ́че, въ лѣ́ности вре́мѧ гꙋби́ши: помы́сли житїѐ твоѐ, и҆ ѡ҆брати́сѧ ко гдⷭ҇ꙋ бг҃ꙋ, и҆ пла́чисѧ ѡ҆ дѣ́лѣхъ твои́хъ го́рькѡ.
Wretched man, in thy foolishness thou wast destroyed in the sloth of time: think upon thine own life, and turn unto the Lord God, and weeping bewail thy deeds bitter.

Response: The Theotokos, have mercy upon us.

Mtachi bogu pravoslitaia, vozrizi na mja grěšnago, i o sěti diavoli izbavi mja, i na put pokayanija nastavi mja, da plachusja dela moih gorka.

By many trials we are surrounded, to Thee I flee for holy salvation: from mountains and valleys, from heavy and bitter things, save me.

Response: The Theotokos, save us.
Страсте́й мѧ̀ смꙋща́ютъ прило́зи, мно́гагѡ ѹ҆ны́нїѧ и҆спо́лнити мою̀ дꙋ́шꙋ: ѹ҆мирѝ ѻ҆трокови́це, тишино́ю сн҃а и҆ бг҃а твоегѡ̀, всенепоро́чнаѧ.
By the sufferings of Thy passion, Thou dost constrain my soul to fulfill many of its desires: O Virgin Maiden, by Thy silence and by God Thy Father, all-spotless.

Недꙋ́гꙋюща тѣ́ломъ и҆ дꙋше́ю, посѣще́нїѧ бжⷭ҇твеннагѡ и҆ промышле́нїѧ ѿ тебє̀ сподо́би, є҆ди́на бг҃омт҃и, ꙗ҆́кѡ бл҃га́ѧ, бл҃га́гѡ же роди́тельница.
Unsick in body and soul, having been visited by the Holy Theotokos and inspired by Thee, O God, alone hast Thou found mercy, for Thy good, O good Mother.

And by the angelic canon guardian, voice and tone.

O Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on me.
Пѣ́снь воспѣ́ти и҆ восхвали́ти, сп҃се, твоего̀ раба̀ досто́йнѡ сподо́би, безпло́тномꙋ а҆́гг҃лꙋ, наста́вникꙋ и҆ храни́телю моемꙋ̀.
Let us sing a hymn and praise thee, O Lord, that Thy servant may be deemed worthy to glorify the无形之手，我的主人啊，我的导师和守护者。
Припѣ́въ: Ст҃ы́й а҆́гг҃ле бж҃їй, храни́телю мо́й, молѝ бг҃а ѡ҆ мнѣ̀.
Vespers: Holy Angel, my Guardian, pray for me to God.
Є҆ди́нъ а҆́зъ въ неразꙋ́мїи и҆ въ лѣ́ности ны́нѣ лежꙋ̀, наста́вниче мо́й и҆ храни́телю, не ѡ҆ста́ви менє̀ погиба́юща.
Thou alone in foolishness and laziness now lie, my Guide and Guardian, do not forsake me perishing.

Glory to Thee, and to Thy Son, and to Thy Holy Spirit.

By Thine holy prayer, direct me, O Lord, to fulfill Thy commandments, that I may receive forgiveness of sins from God, and turn not my ear to the voice of evil. Through Thy mercy, I pray Thee.
И҆ ны́нѣ и҆ при́снѡ и҆ во вѣ́ки вѣкѡ́въ. Ґми́нь.

Моли́сѧ дв҃и́це ѡ҆ мнѣ̀ рабѣ̀ твое́мъ ко бл҃года́телю, со храни́телемъ мои́мъ а҆́гг҃ломъ, и҆ наста́ви мѧ̀ твори́ти за́пѡвѣди сн҃а твоегѡ̀, и҆ творца̀ моегѡ̀.
Pray ye, O Virgins, for me, Thy servant, unto the Beneficent, with my Guardian Angel, and guide me to fulfill the commandments of Thy Son, and my Creator.
