Sing in full accord with the incarnation of God the sweet praises we have learned from you, Divine Gabriel, we sing thanksgiving to you with love, and magnifyingly we cry out to you as the evangelist:
Rejoice, joy of those who mourn;
Rejoice, guardian of the offended.
Rejoice, unstolen wealth of the poor;
Rejoice, saving haven for those who float.
Rejoice, victorious weapon of pious kings;
Rejoice, glorious praise of the reverent priests.
Rejoice, guardian of the Russian Power;
Rejoice, wonderful pilot of her ark.
Rejoice, you who honor you as champion;
Rejoice, most generous soul to the bridegroom.
Rejoice, blessing from God to the faithful;
Rejoice, good monastic driving.
Rejoice, messenger of grace.
