The wall of the insurmountable Christian race, the Blessed Virgin, you understood with the Holy Spirit, like Silvana, and with all your life you were the most zealous of her servant. You, in your spirit, contemplated the Most Pure Mother of the Lord at the cross of Your Son, standing and praying with tears, and You revealed this wondrous and terrible vision to us sinners. Moreover, the Holy Spirit revealed to you the inexpressible love of the Lady and the depth of Her sorrow for a world that has not known its Lord and Savior. Now, holy father, see in glory the Mother of God praying for all people to her Son. We, rejoicing at this, please you with the following praises:

Rejoice, blessed is the end of your life:

Rejoice, adorned with the crown of incorruptibility in heaven.

Rejoice, for you have been brought from the earthly abode to the heavenly one:

Rejoice, because there you stand before the Lord for all of us and intercede with him.

Rejoice, beloved chosen one of the Mother of God:

Rejoice, tireless ascetic, diligent in prayers for the world.

Rejoice, most blessed Abbess of Mount Athos, faithful novice:

Rejoice, vigilant worker of the helicopter city.

Rejoice, you bear sorrow for the people who suffer in your heart:

Rejoice, for today you see the Most Pure Mother of the Lord in glory.

Rejoice, wondrously glorified by the sight of God:

Rejoice, for you have dwelled with the holy and righteous.

Rejoice, O Reverend Silvana, preacher of love for the enemy and teacher of humility and prayer.
