O Most Holy Lady Theotokos, our Joy and Consolation! Look mercifully at the people coming with faith and love and worshiping Your most pure image: accept our singing of praise and pour out Your warm prayer for us sinners to the Lord, that, having despised all our sins, He will save and have mercy on us. O Precious Lady! Show us Your wonderful mercies: save and have mercy on the most pious sovereign Emperor Nicholas Alexandrovich and the entire reigning house, grant them health and salvation: save the shepherds of the Church and all the Christ-loving army. We pray to You with tenderness, deliver us all from all sorrow, guide us on the path of all virtues and goodness, save us from temptations, troubles and diseases, take away slander and quarrels from us, save us from lightning thunder, from the burning of fire, from famine, cowardice, flood and deadly ulcers: give us Your merciful help in ways, both at sea and on land. Behold, All-Merciful Lady, in undoubted hope we offer our poor prayer to You.
