По́мощи ꙗ҆́же ѿ тебє̀ тре́бꙋющыѧ не пре́зри, дв҃о, пою́щыѧ и҆ превозносѧ́щыѧ тѧ̀ во вѣ́ки.
Thou, O Lord, to whom we beseech in our necessities, despise not; but hear us, singing and extolling Thee for ever.

Неможе́нїе дꙋшѝ моеѧ̀ и҆сцѣлѧ́еши, и҆ тѣлє́сныѧ болѣ̑зни, дв҃о: да тѧ̀ просла́влю, чⷭ҇таѧ, во вѣ́ки.
Unpossible is it for the soul of mine to heal, and the bodily infirmities, twain: that I may glorify Thee, praising Thee, for ever.

И҆сцѣле́нїй бога́тство и҆злива́еши вѣ́рнѡ пою́щымъ тѧ̀, дв҃о, и҆ превозносѧ́щымъ неизрече́нное твоѐ ржⷭ҇тво̀.
Riches of healing thou pourst forth, O God, upon them that sing to thee with faith, both now and ever. Thou exalteth the unutterable fragrance of thy Christ.

Напа́стей ты̀ прило́ги ѿгонѧ́еши, и҆ страсте́й нахо́ды, дв҃о: тѣ́мже тѧ̀ пое́мъ во всѧ̑ вѣ́ки.
Thou hast laid hands on adversities and foundest passions, two-fold: therefore we praise thee in all ages.
