По́мощи ꙗ҆́же ѿ тебє̀ тре́бꙋющыѧ не пре́зри, дв҃о, пою́щыѧ и҆ превозносѧ́щыѧ тѧ̀ во вѣ́ки.
Hear not, O Lord, our supplications which we offer unto Thee, nor despise us, Thou that dost sing and magnify Thee for ever.

Неможе́нїе дꙋшѝ моеѧ̀ и҆сцѣлѧ́еши, и҆ тѣлє́сныѧ болѣ̑зни, дв҃о: да тѧ̀ просла́влю, чⷭ҇таѧ, во вѣ́ки.
Unworthy is the soul of mine to heal thee, O Lord, and thy bodily infirmities: that I may glorify thee, praising thee for ever.

И҆сцѣле́нїй бога́тство и҆злива́еши вѣ́рнѡ пою́щымъ тѧ̀, дв҃о, и҆ превозносѧ́щымъ неизрече́нное твоѐ ржⷭ҇тво̀.
Blessed art Thou, O Lord, who poureth forth riches of healing upon the faithful singers thereof, and exalteth not thy ineffable Incarnation.

By the storms thou dost lay low, and by the passions thou findest twofold: therefore we praise thee in all ages.
