Бл҃годарю́ тѧ гдⷭ҇и бж҃е мо́й, ꙗ҆́кѡ не ѿри́нꙋлъ мѧ̀ є҆сѝ грѣ́шнагѡ, но ѻ҆́бщника мѧ̀ бы́ти ст҃ы́нь твои́хъ сподо́билъ є҆сѝ. Бл҃годарю́ тѧ, ꙗ҆́кѡ менѐ недосто́йнаго причасти́тисѧ пречⷭ҇тыхъ твои́хъ и҆ нбⷭ҇ныхъ дарѡ́въ сподо́билъ є҆сѝ. Но влⷣко чл҃вѣколю́бче, на́съ ра́ди ѹ҆ме́рый же и҆ воскр҃сы́й, и҆ дарова́вый на́мъ стра̑шнаѧ сїѧ̑ и҆ животворѧ̑щаѧ та̑инства, во благодѣѧ́нїе и҆ ѡ҆сщ҃е́нїе дꙋ́шъ и҆ тѣле́съ на́шихъ, да́ждь бы́ти си̑мъ и҆ мнѣ̀ во и҆сцѣле́нїе дꙋши́ же и҆ тѣ́ла, во ѿгна́нїе всѧ́кагѡ сопроти́внагѡ, въ просвѣще́нїе ѻ҆́чїю се́рдца моегѡ̀, въ ми́ръ дꙋше́вныхъ мои́хъ си́лъ, въ вѣ́рꙋ непосты́днꙋ, въ любо́вь нелицемѣ́рнꙋ, во и҆сполне́нїе премꙋ́дрости, въ соблюде́нїе за́повѣдей твои́хъ, въ приложе́нїе бжⷭ҇твенныѧ твоеѧ̀ бл҃года́ти, и҆ твоегѡ̀ црⷭ҇твїѧ присвое́нїе: да во ст҃ы́ни твое́й тѣ́ми сохранѧ́емь, твою̀ бл҃года́ть помина́ю всегда̀, и҆ не ктомꙋ̀ себѣ̀ живꙋ̀, но тебѣ̀ на́шемꙋ влⷣцѣ и҆ бл҃годѣ́телю. И҆ та́кѡ сегѡ̀ житїѧ̀ и҆зше́дъ ѡ҆ наде́жди живота̀ вѣ́чнагѡ, въ присносꙋ́щный дости́гнꙋ поко́й, и҆дѣ́же пра́зднꙋющихъ гла́съ непреста́нный, и҆ безконе́чнаѧ сла́дость зрѧ́щихъ твоегѡ̀ лица̀ добро́тꙋ неизрече́ннꙋю. Ты́ бо є҆сѝ и҆́стинное жела́нїе, и҆ неизрече́нное весе́лїе лю́бѧщихъ тѧ̀, хрⷭ҇тѐ бж҃е на́шъ, и҆ тѧ̀ пое́тъ всѧ̀ тва́рь во вѣ́ки. Ґми́нь.
Blessed be Thee, O Lord my God, because Thou hast not left me to sin, but by Thy grace hast made me partaker of Thy holy and heavenly gifts. Blessed be Thee, for Thou hast vouchsafed to a sinner like me to receive the precious and life-giving mysteries. But, O Lover of mankind, for our sake didst Thou die and rise again, and hast given us fearful yet life-giving sacraments, for the healing of our souls and bodies, that they may be to me and all in healing of soul and body, in the anguish of every opposing thing, in the enlightenment of the heart of mine, in peace of my spiritual powers, in unworthy faith, in sincere love, in fulfillment of wisdom, in keeping of Thy commandments, in the application of Thine own divine grace, and of Thy holy Theotokos: that we may be kept in Thy holiness, always remembering Thy grace, and not live for ourselves, but for Thee our Master and Benefactor. Thus having lived out this hope of eternal life, we have attained to a present rest, where the voice of the unrestrained is heard unceasingly, and an unspeakable sweetness is seen by those who behold Thine ineffably good face. For Thou art indeed the true desire, and the unspeakable joy of them that love Thee, O Lord our God, and all creation doth praise Thee for ever. Amen.

O Master Jesus Christ, King of ages, and Sustainer of all, I thank Thee from all my heart, because Thou hast given me good things, and by partaking of Thy life-giving Mysteries. Pray for me, O Lover of mankind, that under the shelter of Thy roof I may be preserved, and in the chambers of Thy wings: grant me a pure conscience even until my last hour of death, that I may worthily partake of Thy Mysteries, through forgiveness of sins, and into life eternal. For Thou art the bread of life, the fount of salvation, giver of good things; to Thee we send forth glory, with the Father and the Holy Spirit, now and ever, and unto ages of ages. Amen.
