Reverend Our Father Anthony! From your youth you loved to walk the path of the cross, in prayers and labors, in fasting and vigils and in silence every day and hour, vigilantly striving and the faithful image handed to you from the Lord by the brethren: in the same way, I live as a sacrifice of everything to myself, holy and pleasing to Him, you were honored with such miracles of gifts from Him, as To command the elements, to drive away illnesses of body and soul, to look upon and provide for the good of the Church and our Fatherland. When, after your death, this well-built place of the godless enemies was quickly abandoned to destruction and desolation, the church and the monastery were burned with fire, and the brethren were cut down with a sword, you, having great boldness towards the King of Heaven, again through your intercession, this church will be rebuilt, and also with the relics You have created for your saints, like a treasure of great value, to rest in it.
Likewise, we, who with faith flock to this church and your sacred shrine with a kind kiss, pray to you, our well-known intercessor: do not cease praying to the Lord our God for those who commemorate your memory, may He extinguish the flame of our passions with the dew of His grace, may He strengthen and gird us with His power from above upon the visible and our invisible enemies, delivering us from all mental and physical ailments and preserving us from all evils: moreover, may He strengthen and exalt the blessed kingdom of His anointed, most pious, autocratic Emperor Nikolai Alexandrovich, establishing faith and piety, establishing this with truth and righteousness, with an abundance of blessings and glory crowning, protecting with peace and prosperity: so that we all, peacefully and serenely abiding in all piety and purity, together glorify the most holy name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, and your merciful intercession for us, now and ever and unto the ages of ages.
