Смире́ннꙋю мою̀ дꙋ́шꙋ посѣтѝ гдⷭ҇и, во грѣсѣ́хъ всѐ житїѐ и҆ждившꙋю: и҆́мже ѡ҆́бразомъ блꙋдни́цꙋ, прїимѝ и҆ менѐ, и҆ сп҃си́ мѧ.
Implore me, O Lord, in my soul, for all my sins and I rejoice: who received me by the image of a harlot, receive me now and save me.

Всѐ житїѐ моѐ сра́мнѡ и҆жди́хъ, гдⷭ҇и, со блꙋдни́цами ѻ҆каѧ́нный, ꙗ҆́коже блꙋ́дный ѹ҆миле́нїемъ зовꙋ̀: ѻ҆́ч҃е небе́сный, согрѣши́хъ, ѡ҆чи́сти и҆ сп҃си́ мѧ, и҆ не ѿри́ни менѐ, сама́го себѐ ѿ тебѐ ѹ҆дали́вшаго, и҆ безпло́дныхъ ра́ди дѣ́лъ ны́нѣ ѡ҆бнища́вшаго.
My life is shame before You, O Lord, and I have been defiled with the unclean, as the unclean are called: cleanse me from uncleanness, Thou who art pure, for whom I have sinned, and do not cast me out, He Who has forsaken Thee, nor those without seed who are numbered among the destitute.
И҆ ны́нѣ и҆ при́снѡ и҆ во вѣ́ки вѣкѡ́въ. а҆ми́нь.
And today and evermore for ever and the ages to come. Amen.
Къ бцⷣе прилѣ́жно ны́нѣ притеце́мъ, грѣ́шнїи и҆ смире́ннїи, и҆ припаде́мъ въ покаѧ́нїи зовꙋ́ще и҆з̾ глꙋбины̀ дꙋшѝ: влⷣчце, помозѝ, на ны̀ милосе́рдовавши, потщи́сѧ, погиба́емъ ѿ мно́жества прегрѣше́нїй, не ѿвратѝ твоѧ̀ рабы̑ тщы̀, тѧ̀ бо и҆ є҆ди́нꙋ наде́ждꙋ и҆́мамы. Посе́мъ, Гдⷭ҇и поми́лꙋй, л҃.
To the Theotokos today in humility and mercy we recline as sinners; we call out from the depths of our soul: Lady, have mercy on us, who hast shown mercy to us, grant that we perish not with the multitude of our sins, for Thou art our only hope and trust. Have mercy, O Lord.

Therefore, come, we worship Thee, our Church, O Lady. [Blessing.]
