Смире́ннꙋю мою̀ дꙋ́шꙋ посѣтѝ гдⷭ҇и, во грѣсѣ́хъ всѐ житїѐ и҆ждившꙋю: и҆́мже ѡ҆́бразомъ блꙋдни́цꙋ, прїимѝ и҆ менѐ, и҆ сп҃си́ мѧ.
I receive your visit, O Lord, in my soul in sins; and I am amazed at Your appearance as a delusion: receive me, and save me.

Glory to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit.
Всѐ житїѐ моѐ сра́мнѡ и҆жди́хъ, гдⷭ҇и, со блꙋдни́цами ѻ҆каѧ́нный, ꙗ҆́коже блꙋ́дный ѹ҆миле́нїемъ зовꙋ̀: ѻ҆́ч҃е небе́сный, согрѣши́хъ, ѡ҆чи́сти и҆ сп҃си́ мѧ, и҆ не ѿри́ни менѐ, сама́го себѐ ѿ тебѐ ѹ҆дали́вшаго, и҆ безпло́дныхъ ра́ди дѣ́лъ ны́нѣ ѡ҆бнища́вшаго.
My life is shame before You, O Lord, for I have been defiled with the unclean, and as a polluted one You call me: the pure One, forgive my sins, and do not cast me out, who have turned away from You, the One who has deserted me, nor those without children whom You have gathered together.
И҆ ны́нѣ и҆ при́снѡ и҆ во вѣ́ки вѣкѡ́въ. а҆ми́нь.
And today and evermore for evermore. Amen.
Къ бцⷣе прилѣ́жно ны́нѣ притеце́мъ, грѣ́шнїи и҆ смире́ннїи, и҆ припаде́мъ въ покаѧ́нїи зовꙋ́ще и҆з̾ глꙋбины̀ дꙋшѝ: влⷣчце, помозѝ, на ны̀ милосе́рдовавши, потщи́сѧ, погиба́емъ ѿ мно́жества прегрѣше́нїй, не ѿвратѝ твоѧ̀ рабы̑ тщы̀, тѧ̀ бо и҆ є҆ди́нꙋ наде́ждꙋ и҆́мамы. Посе́мъ, Гдⷭ҇и поми́лꙋй, л҃.
Unto the Theotokos, humble and sinful one, we lie prostrate today in contrition, calling out from the depths of our soul: Lady, have mercy upon us, for Thou hast shown mercy to us; grant that we perish not through the multitude of our sins, for Thou art alone our hope and savior. Have mercy, O Lord, as Thou dost have mercy on Thy servant.

Then, O Lord, let us worship Thy holy Church. [Prayer.]
