Lord, Thou hast despised the lawlessness of my deeds from two births, and hath purified my heart, creating a temple with Thy precious body and blood: beneath Thee I have wept for Thy face, countless times beseeching. Glory to Thee, Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.

Even as I dare to partake of Thy mysteries, unworthy though I am; for if I should dare to approach Thee with those who are worthy, I am reproached, since there is no evening, and judgment and condemnation overtake my soul exceedingly sinful. Purify me, O Lord, from the filthiness of my soul, and save me, as a lover of mankind. And now and forever.

Amen. Many are my multitudes, O Theotokos, more sinful than I have come to Thee, beseeching Thy mercy: visit my feeble soul, and pray to Thy Son and God our Savior that Thou grant me remission, for I have endured much evil, only blessed is she.
