The power of the Lord is upon your tomb, / and guarding spirits are raised: / The mourners stand at the tomb, / seeking for your body. / The devil was bound by you, not provoking them: / You meted out life to two. / Rise from the dead, as it befits you, glory to You.

Glory to the Only-Begotten Son of God and to the Father with the Holy Spirit, now and ever and to the ages to come. Amen.

Most Gracious: What shall we call thee, O Bountiful One? In heaven, when thou didst raise up the sun of truth: in heaven, when thou didst blossom with fragrant flowers: in heaven, when thou didst remain fragrant: a pure one, when thou didst bestow thy dew upon thy own holy thorns. For thee, O soul of our souls, have mercy.

Pray for me according to your words: and let no sin have dominion over me. Deliver me from human slander, and keep the commandments of you to me. Illuminate my face, O Face of my Lord, and teach me your righteousness.

And they will fulfill my hymn to you, O Lord, as I sing your glory every day.
