Къ бцⷣѣ прилѣ́жнѡ ны́нѣ притеце́мъ грѣ́шнїи и҆ смире́ннїи, и҆ припаде́мъ въ покаѧ́нїи зовꙋ́ще и҆з̾ глꙋбины̀ дꙋшѝ: влⷣчце, помозѝ, на ны̀ милосе́рдовавши, потщи́сѧ, погиба́емъ ѿ мно́жества прегрѣше́нїй, не ѿвратѝ твоѧ̑ рабы̑ тщы̀, тѧ́ бо и҆ є҆ди́нꙋ наде́ждꙋ и҆́мамы.
To the Most Pure Lady, let us now draw near with a sincere and humble heart, falling down before Thee in confession from the depths of our soul: Mistress, help us, having mercy on Thy servant, who am perishing from the multitude of my transgressions; for Thou art my only hope.
