Thy light, O John the Golden-mouthed, like the brightness of a flame kindled with grace, hath enlightened the whole world: not for the sake of earthly treasures hast Thou hidden Thy humility, but by Thy words Thou didst teach, O John, the Comforter, pray that the words of Jesus Christ may save our souls. Glory to Thee, O Father, and to Thee, O Spirit, and to Thee, O King.
