The holy Vilna martyrs Anthony, John and Eustathius, in paganism - Kumets, Nezhilo and Kruglets, suffered martyrdom for their firm confession of the Orthodox faith under the leadership. Prince of Lithuania Olgerd in 1347. Their relics initially rested in the Holy Trinity Church in Vilna, built on the site of their martyrdom; and subsequently, during the time of union, when the Uniates took away the Holy Trinity Church and monastery from the Orthodox, the Orthodox Vilnius transferred the relics of St. martyrs to the newly built Holy Spiritual Church, where they still rest incorruptibly in a shrine built by the ever-memorable Metropolitan Joseph Semashko.

Troparion.

Having rejected earthly honor and glory, the sufferers of virtue and honesty, for the sake of faith, you endured torment firmly and courageously, giving yourself the Lord for the belly of everyone to death: in the same way, Christ gloriously illuminated you from heaven with a pillar of cloud, and crowned you with honors and crowns from the throne of glory. With the upcoming angels, pray to save our souls.
