Truly all is vanity, but life is shadow and sleepiness, for every earthly being is troubled in vain, as the Scripture says: When we have received peace, then we will dwell in the tomb, where the king and the beggar are together. Moreover, O Christ God, having reposed, rest in peace, as a Lover of mankind.
Glory to the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, and now, and ever, and unto ages of ages. Amen.
Theotokos: All-Holy Mother of God, during my life, do not abandon me, do not entrust me to human intercession, but intercede and have mercy on me.
