І҆рмо́съ: Тебѐ ᲂу҆́мнꙋю бцⷣе
Irmos: Thee meekly beseech Iúmnu Lady Theotokos.
Сло́ве бж҃їй, соесте́ственное сїѧ́нїе вседержи́телѧ бг҃а, ꙗ҆́коже ѡ҆бѣща́лъ є҆сѝ є҆́же ᲂу҆ тебѐ, бг҃одѣ́тельное вселе́нїе сотворѝ, ꙗ҆́кѡ бл҃гоꙋтро́бенъ, со ѻ҆ц҃е́мъ твои́мъ и҆ дх҃омъ: и҆ стра́шна бѣсѡ́мъ мѧ̀ покажѝ, и҆ страсте́мъ.
By the Word of God, a manifestation of the All-Ruling God, as He promised thee, O God-blessed one, the universe was created, for thou art well-pleasing in thy heart and by the Spirit: and fearfully showest thou to the demons, and with passion.
Да твоегѡ̀ бл҃гоꙋтро́бїѧ влⷣко пока́жеши пꙋчи́нꙋ на́мъ, сн҃а твоегѡ̀ посла́въ къ на́шемꙋ смире́нїю, па́ки воѡбрази́лъ є҆сѝ на пе́рвꙋю свѣ́тлость, но и҆ ны́нѣ бж҃е́ственнымъ мѧ̀ вразꙋмѝ дх҃омъ.
Thou hast shown us Thy blessed womb, O Master, by sending unto us Thyself in humility, and again didst appear in the first light, but now enlighten us also with Thy Spirit.

И҆́же на херꙋві́мстѣмъ прⷭ҇то́лѣ носи́мый, и҆ всѣ́хъ цр҃ь, во чре́вѣ твое́мъ дв҃ственнѣмъ всели́сѧ пречⷭ҇таѧ, всѣ́хъ и҆збавлѧ́ѧ ѿ и҆стлѣ́нїѧ, ꙗ҆́кѡ чл҃вѣколю́бецъ: но и҆ ны́нѣ твои́ми мѧ̀ мл҃твами сохранѝ.
Who was carried on the cherubim throne and in thy holy womb dwelt the All-holy, saving all within Thy pure womb from withering, for Thou art a lover of mankind: but by thy prayers now also preserve us.
