Believers, therefore I cried: I have indeed been humbled. I said in my affliction: All man is deceit. What shall I render to the Lord for all this? I will take the cup of salvation and call upon the name of the Lord: I will render my prayers to the Lord before all men; in the courts of the house of the Lord, in your midst, O Theotokos.
The reading before the Lord is the death of the venerable. Thou, O Lord, art my servant, my servant, and son of thy handmaid: thou hast rent asunder mine heart. Offer to thee therefore a sacrifice of praise, and call upon the name of the Lord in your midst: I will render my prayers to the Lord before all men; in the courts of the house of the Lord, in your midst, O Theotokos.
Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. Now and ever, and unto the ages of ages. Amen. Praise ye the Lord, praise ye the Lord, praise ye the Lord, glory to thee, O Lord. [Three times.] And bowings three.
