Earth, full of the glory of the Lord, both sea and land are filled with His presence. He founded it on the seas and established it on the rivers. Who shall ascend into the mountain to the Lord? And who shall stand in His holy place? A hand without blemish and a heart pure, one who receives not all souls into his own and does not swear deceitfully by his own sincere soul: such shall receive blessing from the Lord and mercy from God His Saviour. This is the race of those seeking the Lord, the face of God as in the dawn. Take up the gates, O princes; take up the eternal gates: and the King of glory shall enter. Who is this King of glory?
