Blessed be in my heart: there is no God. You have corrupted and drowned yourselves in your beginnings: there is none creating blessedness. Wherefore the Lord hath come to all, that they may see whether any understand or seek God. All ye have turned aside; together ye were unclean: there is none creating blessedness, not even one. Neither do all who work iniquity understand, those feeding my people with bread of death; wherefore thou hast not called. Therein was fear, and where was not fear: as though the Lord in the race of the firstborn. The counsel of the poor is confounded: there is no hope for him. Who shall give from the corn a ransom? When he shall return to the captivity of his people, he shall rejoice like Jacob, and be glad.
