Blessed be in mine heart: there is no God. Thou hast deceived and overwhelmed us in the beginning: there is none creating peace. Wherefore with Thee, O All-Holy, shall we come to the sons of men, that we may see whether any understand or seek God. All have turned aside; together they are unclean: there is none creating peace, nor one among them. Neither do all who work iniquity and feed my people with bread know; wherefore Thou hast not called. There was fear then where there was no fear: as though it were among the beasts of the field. The counsel of the poor is confounded: but hope is his. Who shall give from this harvest deliverance? And when He shall return captivity to His people, He shall rejoice like Jacob, and be glad.
