Живы́й въ по́мощи вы́шнѧгѡ, въ кро́вѣ бг҃а нбⷭ҇нагѡ водвори́тсѧ. рече́тъ гдⷭ҇еви: застꙋ́пникъ мо́й є҆сѝ, и҆ прибѣ́жище моѐ, бг҃ъ мо́й, и҆ ѹ҆пова́ю на него̀. ꙗ҆́кѡ то́й и҆зба́витъ тѧ̀ ѿ сѣ́ти ло́вчи, и҆ ѿ словесѐ мѧте́жна. плещма̀ свои́ма ѡ҆сѣни́тъ тѧ̀, и҆ под̾ крилѣ̀ є҆гѡ̀ надѣ́ешисѧ. ѻ҆рꙋ́жїемъ ѡ҆бы́детъ тѧ̀ и҆́стина є҆гѡ̀, не ѹ҆бои́шисѧ ѿ стра́ха нощна́гѡ, ѿ стрѣлы̀ летѧ́щїѧ во днѝ, ѿ ве́щи во тьмѣ̀ преходѧ́щїѧ, ѿ срѧ́ща и҆ бѣ́са полꙋ́деннагѡ. паде́тъ ѿ страны̀ твоеѧ̀ ты́сѧща, и҆ тьма̀ ѡ҆деснꙋ́ю тебѐ, къ тебѣ́ же не прибли́житсѧ. ѻ҆ба́че ѻ҆чи́ма твои́ма смо́триши, и҆ воздаѧ́нїе грѣ́шникѡвъ ѹ҆́зриши. ꙗ҆́кѡ ты̀ гдⷭ҇и, ѹ҆пова́нїе моѐ, вы́шнѧго положи́лъ є҆сѝ прибѣ́жище твоѐ. не прїи́детъ къ тебѣ̀ ѕло̀, и҆ ра́на не прибли́житсѧ тѣлесѝ твоемꙋ̀. ꙗ҆́кѡ а҆́гг҃лѡмъ свои̑мъ заповѣ́сть ѡ҆ тебѣ̀, сохрани́ти тѧ̀ во всѣ́хъ пꙋте́хъ твои́хъ. на рꙋка́хъ во́змꙋтъ тѧ̀, да не когда̀ преткне́ши ѡ҆ ка́мень но́гꙋ твою̀. на а҆́спїда и҆ васїлі́ска настꙋ́пиши, и҆ попере́ши льва̀ и҆ ѕмі́ѧ. ꙗ҆́кѡ на мѧ̀ ѹ҆пова̀, и҆ и҆зба́влю и҆̀: покры́ю и҆̀, ꙗ҆́кѡ позна̀ и҆́мѧ моѐ: воззове́тъ ко мнѣ̀, и҆ ѹ҆слы́шꙋ є҆го̀: съ ни́мъ є҆́смь въ ско́рби, и҆змꙋ̀ є҆го̀: и҆ просла́влю є҆го̀: долгото́ю дне́й и҆спо́лню є҆го̀, и҆ ꙗ҆влю̀ є҆мꙋ̀ сп҃се́нїе моѐ.
O Living in the help of Thy Highness, in the blood of Thee, O Heavenly-begotten One, Thou wilt be established. Thus saith the Lord: "Thou art my Helper and my Refuge, O God, to whom I will cry." For He shall deliver thee from the snare of the hunter, and from the mouth of the destroyer. His wings shall overshadow thee, and under His wings thou shalt take refuge. With truth as thy shield, thou shalt not fear the terror by night, nor the arrow that flieth by day, nor the thing that walketh in darkness, nor the destruction that cometh at noonday. Thou shalt tread upon a thousand of them, and two shall come to thee; but it shall not come near thee. With thine eyes thou wilt look, and thou wilt see the recompense of the wicked. For though thou be with Him, O my Helper, Thou hast placed Thy Refuge in Thee. Evil shall not come upon thee, nor shall harm befall thy body. For an angel shall keep thee, to preserve thee in all thy ways. Upon thine hands He will uphold thee, that thou turn not aside for the stone of stumbling. Thou shalt tread on the asp and the viper, and tramplest the lion and the adder. For upon me I have called, and Thou hast delivered me; with Thee am I in distress, from Thee I sought help, and Thou didst magnify me: with Thee all my days I will be filled, and Thy salvation I will behold.
