Holy God and resting in the saints, praised by the thrice-holy voice in Heaven from the Angels, praised on earth by men in His saints: given by Your Holy Spirit to everyone grace according to the bestowal of Christ, and He who established Thy Holy Church, the Apostles, the Prophets, the Evangelists, the Shepherds and Teachers, and the Word sermons.
You yourself, who act all in all, have been accomplished in many ways, saints in every generation and generation, who have pleased You with various benefactors, and to You you have left the image of your good deeds, in prepare for the joys that have passed, in which the temptations themselves arose, and help us who are attacked.
Remembering all these saints and praising their godly lives, I praise You, who acted in them, and I praise Your goodness, the gift of being, believing, I diligently pray to You, Holy saints, grant that I, the sinner, may follow their teaching, and, moreover, by Your all-effective grace, the Heavenly Ones may be worthy of glory with them, praising Your Most Holy Name, the Father and the Son and Holy Spirit forever. Amen.
