Lord, You are the only one who weighs everything, who is able to do everything, and who wants to save everyone and come to the understanding of the Truth. Enlighten my child (name) with the knowledge of Thy truth and Thy Holy will, strengthen him to walk according to Thy commandments and have mercy on the less sinful, through the prayers of the Most Pure Mother Yours, the Mother of God and Ever-Virgin Mary and Your saints (all holy families are listed), as You are glorified with Your Beginning Father and with the Most Holy Spirit, now and ever, and to the ages centuries.
