Most Holy Virgin, Lady Theotokos, mercy of my Christ, abode of the Most Holy and Life-giving Spirit, hope of all saints, servant, holy mirror of the Lordship of God, most holy Angel and Archangel, falling down to You, I fervently pray: beg Your Son and my God to forgive me all sins, voluntary and involuntary, and to deliver me from all the slander of the devil. To her, Lady, the erection of my fall, stretch out Your God-bearing hand and take me out of the depths of sin and grant to me, Your servant (the name of the rivers), always pleasing to Your Son and God for me to create, glorifying Him together with His Beginning Father and with His Most Holy and Good and Life-Giving Spirit, and now, and ever, and unto the ages of ages.
