Lord our God, who sits on the cherubim, raising up the power and sending Your only begotten Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, may he save the world by the cross and burial and by His Resurrection: Who has now come to Jerusalem to the wave of death, the people sitting in darkness and the shadow of death, having received the signs of victory, branches of trees and branches date, foretelling the Resurrection! O Master, Himself, in imitation of one on this pre-festive day, preserve the branches and branches of trees in the hands of those who carry them, and like the people and children, preserve the hosannas of those who offer You: for that we too, in spiritual songs and singing, may be worthy to achieve the life-giving and three-day resurrection, in Christ Jesus our Lord: with Him art thou blessed, with Your Most Holy and Good and Life-giving Spirit, now and ever and unto ages of ages.
