Sovereign Lord our God, Source of life and immortality, all creatures, visible and invisible, set times and seasons in Your power, and rule all things by Your wise and all-good providence! We give thanks for Your bounties, even as You surprised us in the past time of our life. We pray to Thee, All-Bountiful Lord: bless the crown of the coming summer with Thy goodness: save Thy beloved servant, the most pious, the most autocratic, our great sovereign, Emperor Nikolai Alexandrovich of all Russia: and his wife, Alexandra Feodorovna: his mother, the most pious empress, Empress Maria Feodorovna: his heir, the blessed sovereign Tsarevich and Grand Duke Alexy Nikolaevich, and the entire reigning house. Multiply the days of their life in unshakable health, and grant them success in all virtues. Grant Thy goodness from above and to all Thy people, health and salvation and good haste in everything.
Deliver Thy holy Church, this city and all cities and countries from every evil situation, grant peace and tranquility to them: to You, the Beginningless Father, with Your Only Begotten Son, Your All-Holy and Life-Giving Spirit, in one being glorified by God, always bring thanksgiving and glorify Your Most Holy Name.
Proclamation
Glory to Thee God, our Benefactor, forever and ever.
